The cottage can sleep 12 people in 1 bunk room, 3 double rooms (one with en suite bath with shower over, WC and basin) 1 single with trundle bed, 1 twin as well as two family bathrooms. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, a separate sitting room and a utility room. To the outside of the cottage is a garden with a patio and furniture. 62 Esplanade is an outstanding cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

No Parking, on road parking when available and a chargeable car park within a 10 minute walk at average pace. Car park can be reached by a local chargeable mini bus service, when available. Garden with patio and furniture and outside shower. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Entrance to the property up steep hill, access is by foot only, there are also some steps. Please note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.00
