This upscale well appointed apartment is located at “ Les Acacias“ Residence in the heart of Anse Marcel within 5 minute walking distance of the gorgeous secluded Anse Marcel Beach and next to a Marina that offers plenty of excursion opportunities. On the first floor of the residence you will find a great Italian restaurant, shops, boat charter companies, and a grocery store with a nice gourmet food and wine selection and fresh croissants and bread delivered every day!
The apartment consists of a large open space where you will find a very well equipped kitchen with a large induction cooktop and extra large oven. On the open terrace facing the Secrets Hotel you have a large wooden dining table that can accommodate up to 8 persons. Adjacent you will find a lovely salon with two comfortable chairs and sofa to relax while enjoying the garden view.

Going through a long corridor you will reach the TV room. The large flat screen with Apple TV, Canal + , Netflix, Disney, and many more channel options make you feel like you’re in a theater with a great surround sound system to enjoy. There is also a convertible queen size sofa.

Summary: This spacious, well-equipped condo sits in the heart of Anse Marcel's bustling marina area, directly across from the gardens and rustling palms that flank the entrance to Secrets resort, and just a few steps from Del Arti restaurant (recommended) and the marina itself. Beautiful views of surrounding hillsides through the condo's wide-open front windows, and just a few minutes walk to Anse Marcel beach, one of the island's most attractive, The large upstairs bedroom boasts an ultra-lux shower room, though you may have to duck around some low-hanging beams. For evening entertainment, there's a world-class home theater setup in the rear media room -- or sit by the front windows and take in the live music that emanates nightly from Secrets, across the way. The fully-equipped kitchen draws high marks, if you want to eat in, as does the nicely-selected artwork on the walls. High marks also for Philippe's hospitality and flexibility, as our plans changed multiple times due to flight delays, conditions on neighboring islands, and Covid-related issues. The few minor problems with the condo were addressed quickly and effectively.
