Nestled against the hillside and overlooking the ocean on one side and the marina on the other, Residence Le Mississippi is a pleasant place to relax and unwind after a day of sunbathing or water sports activities. Located on the quieter French side of the island, the property is composed of 3 small buildings in the elegant colonial architecture style in the midst of a lush tropical garden.
This two-bedroom condo comes with a second floor loft with three twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 6 – 2 in the master bedroom king size bed, 3 in the loft’s 3 single beds and 1 in the second bedroom’s full-size pull-out couch. It is perfect for a single family with kids and an additional family member or child care-taker.
There are 2 bathrooms (but a single toilet that is separate).
A large ouside patio provides the perfect area to relax.
Furnished with French flavor and stately Mahogany wood louvered doors and windows, the condo offers simple charm. It is decorated with local art.

Dawn Beach – it’s the closest drive-to beach and it’s beautiful! It's 2 mn away by car.
Gallion Beach – it’s a great beach for young kids or if you like windsurfing. It's 10 mn away by car.
Ile Pinel – it’s charming but it costs $15 per person for the 2 minutes boat ride.
Baie Rouge – it’s one of the prettiest beaches of the island.
Grocery shopping: St Martin/St Maarten offers great epicurean shopping. Where else can you find a supermarket that offers the best of French, Dutch and US goods.
Simply Gourmand in Hope Estate - 12 mn away by car.
Convenience stores in Oyster Pond; 3 to choose from - 150-400 yards away.
Grand Marche in Philipsburg - 15 mn away by car.
Restaurants: - There are various restaurants within walking distance: La Fregate, Captain's Oliver, BZH, Le Planteur, L'Escale, The Bounty, Mamma Pizza and various others.
- Across the marina, a 2 mn drive away, the restaurants at Dawn Beach, including Beau's Beau, Big Fish, Aura or Mr. Bugsby's.
- In Grand Case, a 12 mn drive away, offers some of the best gourmet restaurants in the Caribbean, in a very romantic setting. Try Le Pressoir or Il Nettuno.
- La Marina in Marigot also offers some great dining experiences with a French flair. Try Le Chanteclair.
