This exquisite home is situated in the fashionable Les Terres Basses area, home to some of the most famous beaches on St Martin with crystalline waters and white sands and a short distance to the French capital of Marigot and conveniently close to the airport.
The large turquoise pool, accented with a stunning garden sculpture, draws your eye straight to the cerulean sea and glinting horizon. Laze in the sun here on the plush loungers or enjoy delicious Caribbean fare with loved ones in the al fresco dining area under an elegant pergola. A fresh, eclectic mix of furnishings and ornaments seamlessly ties the whole villa together. The large glass wall-to-ceiling sliding doors bathe the open-plan interiors in the glorious sunlight. All the interior living areas open to the terrace and the ocean view.
