Duplex "le Madras Blue" située sur la Baie Nettlé, quartier le plus prisé de l'île pour son charme créole et préservé, entre lagon et mer des caraibes, juste à côté de l'hôtel Mercure, le plus beau de l'île. Duplex accueillant entièrement rénové à neuf dans une petite résidence style créole avec piscine, beaucoup de charme, entièrement équipé, situation idéale, avec vue, les pieds dans le sable, à 2 pas du golf, proche toutes commodités, commerce, pharmacie à 200 mètres, parking gratuit avec gardien, grand parc arboré.
Le Duplex est situé au 2ème étage - 2 bâtiment de la résidence.
Non loin de l'aéroport, nous conseillons la location d'une voiture pour profiter au maximum de l'île, même si le logement est proche de toutes commodités (à 200 mètres). Possibilité de louer à prix correct auprès de Martine : Les Alizés Car Rental
Accès à 10 - 15 minutes depuis l'aéroport SXM Princess Juliana. Prendre la direction de Simpson Bay, Golf de St Martin, Route des Terres Basses. La Résidence Anse Margot est juste à côté de l'hôtel Mercure.
