Located at Cupecoy Beach Club in beautiful St. Martin, the 3 bedroom premium condominium offers convenience to all that St. Martin/Maarten offers. Located on the Dutch side of the island, close to the French boarder and 5 minutes from the airport, this condo is fully equipped. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large flat screen tv, bathroom and master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features two queen beds, full bathroom, private balcony overlooking ocean, bathroom, and large flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom is the recently added loft (not pictured yet) above the kitchen/living room with 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. The condo is recently renovated with new tile, granite counters, and fabulous bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with garbage disposal, microwave, fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Balconies have full view of the ocean with lounge chairs and table. All rooms have separate air conditioners with remote control. The condo has daily made service, except for Sundays. Parking lot and newly renovated pool area right outside your front door. It is just a short walk to a private beach, and wonderful restaurants nearby within walking distance. You can also take a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches on St. Martin at Mullet Bay.
