From time to time, GEBE performs maintenance and improvement work on their water production facilities, which can result in temporary water interruptions in certain areas of the island.
Please note that these interruptions are not specific to the apartment or the building. Our building, constructed in 2019, is a relatively new property.
We will do our best to inform you in advance if we receive notice of planned interruptions. However, most of the time we do not receive advance notice and cannot anticipate them.
We recommend that guests keep bottled water available to minimize any inconvenience during these temporary situations.
As these interruptions are beyond the host’s control, temporary water supply interruptions cannot give rise to refunds or compensation.
