From the garden there is direct access to the first floor of the villa where the first bathroom is located complete and coated in Sardinian wax, very convenient for when using the outdoor spaces. The entrance to the villa is large, surrounded by large panoramic vaulted glass windows, which overlook the garden and loggia of the villa.
A reading corner with a wall covered in wallpaper, recalling the spectacular presence of peacocks in the neighborhood, a small bookstore with books and newspapers that can be borrowed if treated with respect.

The environment dedicated to the TV and dining area is arranged in a single large space of about 40 square meters. The wall dedicated to the 50-inch suspended TV `entirely upholstered in Sardinian stone, has a small glass coffee table containing a Ps3, in front of the TV there is a large and comfortable milky white leather sofa bed with peninsula, 5 seats, and adjustable headrests.
On the side, a Sardinian handicraft furniture with drawers containing useful accessories for the living room (multiple strips, spare batteries for remote controls, mosquito repellent ovens and related refills, playing cards and fish sets, pen and paper).

The kitchen is complete with: cutlery, crockery and towels for the kitchen, wall-mounted drainer containing a set of breakfast cups, food pantry containing fine salt, coarse salt, spice mix for cooking side
The second equipped wall consists of cabinets and two large drawers containing pots, accessory baking trays, pasta drainer, plastic food storage containers, glass salad bowls, cutting boards, kitchen knives, cling film, parchment paper, foil, food storage bags, the refrigerator with its freezer, another multifunctional microwave oven (classic cooking-steam etc)
In the kitchen there is a French window that connects to the large terrace overlooking the sea and garden, the terrace is equipped on the one hand as a laundry area, with a cabinet complete with detergents for home hygiene, laundry detergents, tea towels and sponges for cleaning, disposable gloves, broom, dustpan, bucket, snot floors, washing machine of the latest generation and a wooden On the other side a relaxing corner with two armchairs with their coffee table.
The terrace is decorated with flowers that have automatic and silent irrigation scheduled at 3 am (variable time on request).

The main room is 16 square meters. It has a double window with hill view, equipped walk-in closet, king-size bed, two matching bedside tables, related abat-jour and a make-up dressing table and the Smart TV, Samsung 40 inch wall mounted. This room is adjacent to the spa area of the villa contained: sauna for two people, whirlpool tub with chrome therapy capacity 3 people, sofa bed with peninsula and relaxation terrace -solarium overlooking the hill and the mosaic bathroom described above. A blue Murano glass door divided this area of the house from the common living area (tv room-dining room and kitchen) corridor and 2 other bedrooms.
The second bedroom is 16 square meters, consisting of 2 single beds that can be joined into a double if required, a bridge wardrobe of Sardinian manufacture and style, and a front suspended cabinet with a 25-inch TV and three drawers.
The third room is located on the third floor, reachable by two small flights of stairs.
The peculiarity of the room is the spectacular circular view thanks to the 3 panoramic windows, two facing the sea and the garden and a hill facing. This room is 16 square meters, it is embellished with a wall covered with wallpaper that recalls the beach and the furniture (bed, two bedside tables with 4 drawers, light wood mirror and Sardinian crafts and maritime style and the abat-jour and the lamp of refined craftsmanship in Sardinian wax. In addition, for those who need a space to work from home, in this room there is a corner equipped with a crystal desk and a pen holder and an easy-to-install printer with your device.
