Positive: Very well equipped, nice and clean place. The fun and best part was the hairdryer, the blow took my head off almost, never had the luck to such efficient and professional dryer. :)

Negative: The street otherwise did not seem to be too safe at night for a lonesome traveler, met with 2 junkies approached me in 2 minutes. The taxi driver lost on the way from the airport despite born in St. M. As she and all those official airport drivers knew only hotels and not streets or houses or landmarks, so it was uneasy to get dropped off at the other end (cca 500m down) of the street, alone in the dark. The address given via Booking was shown by the GPS pointing to the other end of the road, which still however faced somewhat the only landmark mentioned, not sure why the Owners did not notice this issue. Maybe they do not want to disclose their private address that precisely, what can be understood, but then send more pictures about the house from outside and street and more exact stuff at least to the ones who booked l, share these ahead via mail/IM services... It worked in Spain, Lisbon and some other places. Taxi services organized by default by the owners directly is another option also, who then explain more clearly everything and to the drivers. This was a question to me too if I want them to book taxi, but I did not think if it is otherwise it will be this confusion. It should not be this stressful for guests.. For me then, fortunately the nearby Chinese restaurant's (Happy Budha) Owner helped and took me to the house by her car. I recommend them thereof to all, they are not just near to this place but this super lovely! This is the minimum that I cross-advert. them here. The Owners of the place btw. were not too communicative at the arrival's night (before that they were full talkative), but then finally responded when I started to bombard them with messages about the taxi-confusion... So, still some to improve in terms of communication (in English too), if they really want to accept real foreigners. As well, if there would be a box with code lock where we can just pick then drop the keys, would improve the service too.
