If the weather takes a turn, a rolling shutter can be closed to shield you from the rain. The bathroom features a modern and functional walk in shower. Our concierge service, CAP SXM, is at your disposal throughout your stay to offer advice, provide delivery services, organize activities, or assist with any unforeseen circumstances. Shops and the center of Marigot are within walking distance. We are a 10 minute drive from Juliana Airport and the beaches of Baie Nettlé, Baie Rouge, and Baie Longue. Grand Case Airport is a 20 minute drive away. Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues that occasionally result in water shortages. To mitigate any inconveniences, we have installed a cistern to ensure water availability during these interruptions.
