Our central location offers hikers (Red Wine Hiking Trail) and cyclists every opportunity to explore the Ahr River and its surroundings! The Rhine cities of Cologne and Bonn are easily accessible by car and offer an urban contrast to the idyllic panorama of the Ahr Valley. For motorsports enthusiasts, a trip to the famous and easily accessible Nürburgring is well worth it! For our younger guests, highlights include the summer toboggan run in Altenahr, as well as the nearby Monte Mare swimming pools in Rheinbach and the recreational pool in Kempenich!
